About the Roles

We are seeking a Solutions Sales Executive / B2B Account Executive to join a growing team in Toa Payoh within the sealing solutions industry. This is a permanent, 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm) role offering a competitive salary package with incentives and performance bonus (PB). You will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging industrial manufacturing clients and delivering tailored technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline within the industrial manufacturing sector
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and conduct technical demonstrations for potential clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions to meet their requirements
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective account and sales strategies
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to uncover new opportunities
  • Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts
  • Provide after-sales support and collaborate with customer service teams to maintain client satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage leads, monitor progress, and track sales performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical sales within the industrial manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and achieving sales targets
  • Analytical mindset with a strong customer focus and solution-driven approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings as required

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • technical sales within the industrial manufacturing industry: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • permanent working rights with no restrictions in singapore (Preferred)
