This is a new kind of anime studio, built around the stories and creators that the indie community loves most. We turn beloved manga, manhwa, and webcomics into fully produced anime, and we have a passionate, fast-growing community coming along for the ride.

The Role

This is one of the most exciting roles we are building out. If you have been experimenting with animation tools and quietly thinking "this could be something massive with the right team behind it," this is that team.

As our Expert AI Animator, you are at the center of how we make anime. You will be working with the latest tools, shaping our production pipeline, and helping us figure out the fastest and best way to get stunning episodes out the door. There is real creative ownership here, and real room to grow as we do.

We are working toward being able to produce a full episode in 1-2 weeks with the right team and workflow. You will be a huge part of making that happen.

What You'll Do

• Generate and refine animation sequences across our production pipeline
• Analyze output frame by frame to catch errors including warped features, inconsistent character designs, motion artifacts, and off-model moments, then fix them
• Collaborate closely with our Lead Anime Director to keep visuals consistent and sharp across every scene and episode
• Help build, improve, and document our internal animation process as we grow
• Stay on top of new animation tools and flag anything worth bringing into the workflow
• Potentially contribute to building our own internal animation tooling, optimized specifically for how we work

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on, real experience with animation tools. We want to see what you have actually made, even if it is fan work or personal projects
• A strong eye for detail, specifically knowing what anime should look like frame by frame and where things tend to break down
• Someone who can move fast without sacrificing the quality that viewers will actually notice
• Comfortable working in a small, high-trust team where your input genuinely shapes how things are done
• Background in traditional animation, illustration, or digital art is a plus
• Active in indie animation communities on Reddit, Webtoon, Discord, or similar spaces is a plus
