You’ll work on cool products for the highest-end industry there is, for the most exclusive customers in the world. YOUR ROLE As a Ruby-on-Rails Developer , you’ll work on the back-end for our cutting-edge products using Ruby on Rails, Elastic Search and PostgreSQL . You’ll collaborate with a passionate Front-end and UX team to deliver fast, reliable, and beautifully designed applications that shape the yachting industry.

What You’ll Do ✔️ Develop and maintain our back-end written in Ruby-on-Rails ✔️ Work on our data pipeline on Postgres and Elastic Search ✔️ Build and optimise API integrations to improve data delivery

✔️ Work closely with designers and front-enders to craft seamless user experiences

✔️ Optimise performance and scalability for a growing user base on AWS ✔️ Contribute ideas and solutions to improve our products

Who You Are ✅ 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails development ✅ Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, AWS, Docker and APIs ✅ Passion for building intuitive, high-performance back-end applications

✅ Great communication skills, and good command (written and spoken) of English

✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

✅ Experience working remotely in a fast-paced, ambitious team

✅ A strong team player, with a strong feeling of ownership and responsibility

✅ A problem solver, who prioritises solving the stakeholder need over anything
