Job Description Global Engineering Senior Manager – Assets & Utilities at a glance ... As the Global Engineering Senior Manager – Assets & Utilities, you will lead the global strategy, governance, and performance transformation of the company’s manufacturing asset base and utilities infrastructure. You will define global standards, drive asset lifecycle excellence to optimize energy & utilities across manufacturing globally. This role acts as the central subject matter expertise for asset management and utilities engineering, enabling markets and plants to execute world‑class reliability, safety, sustainability, and cost stewardship.

Key Ingredients Global Asset Management & Utilities Program

  • Define and improve global asset management & utilities standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support Global Maintenance to update global policies for asset lifecycle management, preventive/predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and condition monitoring.
  • Develop global utilities & wastewater treatment capital roadmaps supporting energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and operational resilience.
  • Establish global KPIs and dashboards to track asset health, performance, and long-term capital needs.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Influence

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Sustainability, Finance, Quality, and Safety.
  • Support global capacity planning, network strategy, and resilience.

  • 10+ years in engineering, utilities, asset management, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of utilities systems engineering and asset lifecycle management.
  • Data analytics skills, dashboard creation, predictive maintenance tools.
  • Strategic leadership and global mindset.
  • Influencing without authority across regions and cultures.
  • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration in matrix organizations.
  • Change leadership and transformation experience.
