Job Description Robotics Intern Engineer
Location: Singapore
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Workspace: Hybrid

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an enthusiastic technical support engineering intern to liaise and engage with our clients worldwide. From Europe to Asia, our clients assemble robots for different industries - manufacturing, logistics, and production in many countries.
As part of the support team, you will work closely with our clients to ensure proper integration and installation of our software products onto their robots.
What will you be doing day to day in this role?
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and proposing solutions to the engineering team to resolve the client’s system issues
- Following standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Setting up and tuning robots (transformations, odometry, sensors, footprint, navigation plugins, and more)
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST be currently based in Singapore.
- Interested in the Robotics Industry.
- Good programming skills in C++, Python, Linux, ROS, and Docker
- Have a fundamental understanding of robotic software, mechanical robotic design, and an understanding of basic electronic concepts.
- Good robotic debugging skills.
- Have the ability to come up with engineering solutions quickly.
- Can be physically on-site at clients’ sites in Singapore (ad-hoc, but we'd prioritise candidates available full-time for onsite work from 15 Sep till end Oct 2025)
- Have a good command of English.
- Have good communication skills and patience to assist clients.
- A small stipend will be provided for this internship.
