Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for Web3-related products in line with the company’s strategic goals; expand market presence and increase industry market share.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing key clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously identify new opportunities to enhance client engagement and loyalty.

  • Leverage personal network and conduct outreach via visits, calls, and meetings to acquire new clients and drive high-value partnerships.

  • Gain in-depth understanding of client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and collaborate closely with product and technical teams to optimize product strategy.

  • Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to adjust BD strategies and maintain a competitive business edge.

  • Organize and participate in industry conferences, product demos, and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.

  • Lead contract negotiations and signing, ensure smooth project execution, and follow up on timely payments. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Finance, or Computer Science are preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of BD experience in Web3, blockchain, cloud computing, or fintech, with a proven track record in acquiring and managing key accounts.

  • Strong network within the Web3 and blockchain industry, with the ability to quickly establish and maintain strategic partnerships.

  • Excellent market analysis and business negotiation skills, capable of driving complex business deals to execution.

  • Strong result orientation and execution capability, with the ability to adapt and adjust BD strategies in a fast-paced market.

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders), with solid communication skills for cross-border business collaboration.
