Position: Receptionist
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage appointments, schedules, and client bookings efficiently.
* Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with therapists and the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality.
* Process payments, issue invoices, and follow up on appointments when needed.
* Handle client concerns with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions.
* Perform administrative tasks and support the team as required.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage client interactions confidently.
* Experience in customer service or reception is preferred.
