Job description

About Us
C2E4 Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based events and community engagement company specializing in gaming, collectibles, pop culture, and experiential events. We conceptualize, organize, and manage large-scale consumer events, tournaments, conventions, and trading card game (TCG) shows that bring together enthusiasts, brands, creators, and communities.

We create gaming, esports, cosplay and community events that bring together thousands of participants, brands and creators across Singapore and the region.

Our projects range from grassroots community tournaments to large-scale festivals, working alongside government agencies, publishers, brands and industry partners.

This internship is designed for someone who wants real project management experience—not just event-day execution.

You will work directly alongside a Project Manager and gain hands-on exposure to planning, operations, marketing, stakeholder coordination and live event management.

What You'll Do

As a Project Management Intern, your responsibilities will vary depending on the stage of each project. No two weeks will look the same.

You may be involved in:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of gaming, esports, cosplay and community events
  • Preparing schedules, timelines and project documentation
  • Assisting with event logistics and operational planning
  • Managing registrations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating communication through Discord, Telegram and email
  • Taking meeting minutes and following up on assigned action items
  • Assisting with social media scheduling, captions and basic Canva content
  • Supporting live event operations across multiple venues
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to keep projects organised and on schedule
  • Providing administrative and operational support across different departments when required
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Project Manager to support the successful delivery of events and business initiatives

Skills Preferred:

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel (Basic)
  • Canva
  • CapCut (Bonus)
  • Comfortable using Discord and Telegram

What Success Looks Like

  • By the end of this internship, you'll have worked on real events from planning to execution, learned how projects are managed behind the scenes, and developed practical skills in event operations, communication and coordination.
  • Our goal is for you to leave industry-ready, with the confidence to contribute meaningfully to future projects and events.

Things That Matter

We're not looking for perfection. We are looking for someone who:

  • Writes things down
  • Is punctual
  • Responds promptly
  • Takes ownership of their tasks
  • Pays attention to details
  • Supports the team when things get busy
  • Internship period : 3 to 6 months

Working Arrangement

  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Office based at Downtown East Pasir Ris
  • Event deployments across various locations in Singapore
  • Weekend work may be required during event periods (off-in-lieu provided where applicable)

Please Note

As an intern, you will work closely with the Project Manager and internal team. Client communication and budget approvals will always be guided by your supervisor as you develop your experience.
