Marketing and Social Media Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

The role is to proactively organise Online Marketing & Admin Executive to support Loft Logistics digital marketing initiatives and handle daily administrative functions. The role requires the candidate to be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Online Marketing Duties

• Manage and update company website and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create, design, and schedule social media content.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as designers and marketing agencies.
• Maintain marketing databases and customer contact lists.
• Support email marketing activities where required.

B. Administrative Duties

• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documentation.
• Handle email correspondence and respond to customer enquiries.
• Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical).
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
• Support basic HR and procurement tasks when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (entry-level candidates may apply).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Organised, responsible, and able to work independently.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with Canva or basic design tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
• Basic understanding of SEO.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,500.00 per month
