Process Engineer
We are currently looking for a new colleague who truly wants to make a difference in implementing new electroforming technologies within our production environment. In this role, you are at the heart of innovation: You take on a hands-on role in projects, develop smart experimental setups, analyze results, and translate technological trends into concrete opportunities. You ensure that new processes are not only developed, but also smoothly and successfully embedded across the organization.

Objective
The industrialization of production processes within the Global Forming Group, specifically in the field of electrodeposition.
Process Engineer
Drive the industrialization of electroforming (electrodeposition) technologies within our production environment. In this hands-on role, you design and execute experiments, analyze results, and translate innovations into robust, scalable processes. You ensure successful implementation and integration of new technologies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support technology development and implementation projects
- Design experimental setups, analyze data, and define follow-up actions
- Ensure process stability, capability, and cost-efficient production scaling
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and escalate risks where needed
- Identify and assess emerging technologies and trends
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, universities, institutes)
- Enable smooth transfer of new technologies to operations
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering)
- ~3+ years’ experience in industrial process/technology development
- Strong hands-on, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience with innovation implementation in production environments
- Knowledge of electrodeposition (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab)
