Job Title: Senior Manager (Facilities Management) University-Level Unit: University Campus Infrastructure Faculty/Department-Level Unit: Campus Asset Management Employee Category: Executive & Administrative Posting Start Date: 03/06/2026 Location_ONB: Kent Ridge Campus Job Description

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and manage the operations of campus facilities, including site inspections, meetings, and liaison with contractors.
  • Ensure administrative processes in the FMS/CMMS are completed in a timely manner.
  • Track and analyse operations data — such as utilities consumption and equipment performance — in support of sustainability initiatives.
  • Support the exploration and implementation of projects related to the digitalisation of building operations.
  • Assist in planning and managing daily operations as directed by the Reporting Manager, including coordination with vendors and contractors to execute corrective maintenance works.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major equipment failures or recurring maintenance issues to prevent future disruptions.
  • Manage A&A, facility renewal, and improvement projects as assigned. Qualifications

Qualification

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Estate Management.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.

Knowledge / Skills (preferred)

  • Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management).
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager.
  • Certified Project Manager.
  • Certified Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
