Accountant

Job description

• Handle full set of accounts for the India entity.
• Prepare month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Manage India tax matters (GST, TDS, corporate tax, statutory compliance).
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Liaise with India local accountants, auditors and tax agents.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support audit, budgeting and ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience handling India entity accounting is advantage.
• Knowledge of India GST, TDS and statutory reporting is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to work with overseas stakeholders.
