GLOBAL SENIOR BUYER RETAIL - GIFT WITH PURCHASE

The Senior Retail Buyer plays a pivotal role in shaping Coty’s in-store brand experiences globally by leading sourcing strategies and delivering retail materials, driving innovation, cost efficiency, and quality across all touchpoints while supporting impactful retail execution.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Senior Retail Buyer, you play a critical role in strategically sourcing and delivering retail materials and activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards while optimizing cost, quality, and speed to market across global retail execution.

You will be reporting to Director, Global Retail Procurement, and you will manage:

Category Leadership & Strategy Execution:

Lead the development and implementation of global retail category strategies

Gather supplier and business insights to inform strategy for GWP, uniforms and collateral

Incorporate sourcing, tariffs, risks, innovation and cost targets into category plans

Collaborate with global stakeholders across Marketing, MMS, Finance and Supply

Support strategy execution aligned with global procurement priorities

Strategic Sourcing & Value Creation:

Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives and value creation opportunities

Contribute to sustainable and cost-effective solutions across categories

Enable faster-to-market execution while delivering measurable impact

Lead supplier negotiations and support contract management activities

Ensure alignment with global category strategies and business needs

Supplier Management & Performance:

Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and performance

Manage supplier partnerships to deliver long-term business value

Analyze market, competitor and industry insights to inform sourcing decisions

Support resolution of supplier and business-related issues

Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security and code of conduct

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a procurement professional with strong analytical and strategic capabilities, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are result-oriented, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities while influencing stakeholders across global teams.

6–8 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in Retail Marketing or Merchandising categories

Strong analytical, project management and negotiation skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

Knowledge of the retail sector is a plus
