Customer Experience Representative

As an industry leader for the past twenty years, GA International offers complete laboratory labeling solutions to the hospital, academic, government and commercial sectors. We are headquartered in Laval, QC with operations in the US, Netherlands, UK.

GA International is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our remote team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the sales journey—supporting product selection, preparing quotes, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first inquiry to purchase.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow relationships with existing and new customers while collaborating closely with Account Managers and Solutions Specialists to maximize customer potential.
• Identify opportunities for internal growth and recommend products from GA International’s portfolio based on customer needs.
• Manage new inbound customer inquiries and guide customers through product selection and quoting using our full product range.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout all stages of the sales process.
• Efficiently manage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries across all channels—phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems using a CRM.
• Continuously learn new GA International products and technologies to provide accurate recommendations and support within your target market.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience before, during, and after the sales process while maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Scientific background such as a degree in biology or a related field.
• Strong customer experience and inside-sales skills, with the ability to guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions.
• Excellent command of English
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an asset.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work remotely.
