Account Executive – Dutch Market

Build your own market. Win new customers. Grow lasting partnerships.

Do you enjoy creating opportunities, starting conversations with decision-makers, and turning new relationships into long-term business partnerships?

Are you motivated by building something from scratch, taking ownership, and seeing the direct results of your work?

At Aurora Live, you will play an important role in growing our presence in the Dutch market. You will build your own customer portfolio — starting with new business development and growing into long-term account ownership.

Your Role

As an Account Executive for the Dutch market, you will own the full sales cycle.

What you will do

New Business Development

  • Build pipeline through proactive outbound activity
  • Reach prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Speak with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Create relevant conversations through consultative and value based selling
  • Manage opportunities from first contact to closing

Customer Growth

  • Own relationships with customers you bring onboard
  • Become a trusted commercial partner
  • Understand customer goals and challenges
  • Identify opportunities to expand collaboration

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Success department and colleagues across markets
  • Share customer insights and market feedback
  • Continuously improve your sales approach

What we are looking for

You are a strong fit if you:

  • Have experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Enjoy outbound prospecting and creating your own opportunities
  • Are comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with new contacts
  • Can manage a full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Build trust quickly and communicate clearly
  • Take ownership of targets and results
  • Enjoy combining sales activity with relationship building

You are fluent in Dutch and have strong English skills.
