About Company:

A boutique accounting firm for high-quality financial reporting and advisory services, including company incorporation and financial solutions using advanced technology and AI.

Job Description:

  • Generate and qualify new business leads to expand the client base
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor proposals
  • Prepare and present proposals to convert prospects into clients
  • Own client relationships by conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services to increase revenue
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in business development, account management, and/or B2B sales, preferably within the professional or outsourced services industry
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate proposals and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and confidently discuss commercial proposals
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
  • Self-discipline, sales-oriented and time management

Compensation:

  • Working location: Central, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 530pm

  • Variable allowance
  • Sales commission and Account growth incentive
  • Performance bonus
