• A full-time position in day shifts
• A competitive gross monthly salary, based on a 40-hour workweek, ranging from €3,361.61 to €4,232.15, with the opportunity to grow to €5,101.49, depending on your experience and expertise.

• You work for the world’s number 1 logistics service provider and a Great Place to Work What you’ll do You support the Transport Center of Excellence by leading, coordinating, and analyzing transport tender processes for both new and existing clients. Using your transport knowledge, market insights, and network, you ensure DHL Supply Chain Benelux gains a competitive edge.

Your tasks include:* Delivering client-specific transport solutions by analyzing offers, aligning rates with Transport Development Managers, and ensuring solutions comply with DHL policy.

• Supporting the sale of transport solutions to clients.

• Developing and standardizing transport concepts to allow efficient tender responses for common transport requests.

• Coordinating and contributing to workshops with Operations, IT, and clients to optimize or create new transport concepts.

• Implementing, managing, and improving transport concepts, including cost analysis, reporting, and margin support.

• Maintaining strong internal and external relationships to ensure smooth tender processes and effective communication with carriers. This is you You have a combination of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of transport operations and tender processes. You excel at turning complex information into actionable solutions.

• HBO work and thinking level

• Expertise in transport solutions and modalities

• Knowledge of auditing and reporting

• Familiarity with DHL products and services (Freight, Express, Mail, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an additional asset, but not a requirement.

• Strong social skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, management, and partners

• Integrity and discretion when handling personnel or confidential company information
