Job description

Vanshi Global is a diversified innovative software company, specializing in providing a range of cutting-edge technological solutions. These solutions encompass instant messaging, social platform development, virtual private (VPN) service, blockchain applications, SaaS services, and cloud server proxy services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS office or any other enterprise collaboration platform
  • Able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin as the role is required to communicate professionally to both English and Mandarin speaking counterparts and clients
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing & sales or relevant field
  • Proven sales track record or proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role is a plus
  • Meticulous and attention-to-detail
