Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, managing content, coordinating events, and performing administrative tasks to help promote the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
• Update and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and databases.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other departments on marketing activities.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Handle Demand Gen, including Tele-marketing
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the marketing team and operations

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with email marketing and social media management tools.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn.
