The Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF) is a university-level institute at the National University of Singapore (NUS), jointly founded by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the National Research Foundation (NRF) and NUS. AIDF aspires to be a thought leader, FinTech knowledge hub, and experimental site for developing digital financial technologies, as well as for nurturing current and future FinTech researchers and practitioners in Asia.
Job Description
The Senior Manager / Manager will be part of AIDF’s Education team and will play a key role in driving business development, recruitment, branding, marketing and outreach for the Executive Master in AI and Digital Transformation programme.
This is a commercially focused role for a professional with experience growing executive degree programmes, Executive MBA programmes, executive master’s programmes, postgraduate professional programmes or premium executive education offerings. The focus will be on building market awareness, developing recruitment channels, engaging prospective participants and corporate partners, and converting qualified leads into enrolments.
The role will work closely with colleagues supporting programme operations, admissions and digital marketing execution, as well as faculty members, alumni, vendors, industry partners and other stakeholders.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Business Development and Recruitment
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the programme’s applicant pipeline, enrolment and market presence.
- Identify, engage and manage relationships with prospective participants, corporate sponsors, institutional partners, industry associations, alumni networks and other relevant channels.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, including senior executives, professionals and corporate participants from Singapore and regional markets.
- Conduct outreach meetings, information sessions, webinars and corporate briefings to promote the programme and support applicant conversion.
- Develop corporate and institutional channels to support sponsored participants, referrals and group enrolments.
- Track leads, enquiries and conversion progress, and provide regular updates on pipeline status, recruitment performance and market feedback.
Marketing, Branding and Outreach
- Develop the overall marketing and outreach strategy for the programme, in alignment with AIDF’s positioning and enrolment targets.
- Guide the development of key marketing messages, programme narratives, content themes and campaign priorities.
- Work with digital marketing colleagues and external vendors to execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, events and other relevant channels.
- Oversee the development of marketing collaterals, website content, email campaigns, social media content and event materials.
- Review marketing data and recommend improvements to increase lead quality, conversion and return on marketing spend.
Stakeholder and Programme Coordination
- Build relationships with corporates, industry partners, professional associations and ecosystem stakeholders to expand the programme’s market reach.
- Engage faculty, speakers, alumni, students and partners to support programme promotion and outreach.
- Work with programme operations and admissions colleagues to support a smooth applicant journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- Provide market feedback and participant insights to support programme positioning, curriculum relevance and student experience.
