Job description

Job Summary: The Operations Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational coordination support to ensure the efficient delivery of services. The position acts as a central liaison between clients, operations personnel, inspectors, and management, ensuring projects are scheduled, documented, and executed effectively while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily deployment of technicians, inspectors, and support personnel.

• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and inspectors/support personnel daily activity and productivity to ensure timely service delivery.

• Prepare job orders and assignments.

• Maintain inspection records, reports, and project documentation.

• Track manpower utilization.

• Coordinate logistics including transportation and site access requirements.

• Generate operational progress reports.

Requirements

Experience:

• Experience coordinating manpower.

• Ability to analyze operational data and prepare management reports and performance metrics.

• Experience supporting projects in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or construction sectors.

• Knowledge of timesheet administration, project and invoicing support.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
