Technical Consultant, Integrations
Eindhoven, hybrid working with two days per week in the office

The technical team is small, collaborative and works closely with development, DevOps and functional consultants. The Role
You will sit at the intersection of technical support and integration delivery, owning issues end to end and working directly with customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling technical support tickets and customer queries in a SaaS environment.
- Troubleshooting APIs and integrations using tools such as Postman and logging platforms.
- Investigating data issues and producing customer reports using SQL.
- Implementing and maintaining integrations in collaboration with developers and DevOps.
- Coordinating unpredictable ticket flow alongside project based technical work.
- Communicating clearly with customers and managing expectations throughout each assignment.
Your Skills & Experience
You will bring a strong blend of technical capability and customer confidence, including:
- Hands on experience troubleshooting APIs and integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and analysis.
- Experience in a customer facing technical role within a SaaS or similar environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own time and prioritise effectively.
- Fluency in Dutch for customer communication, with strong English skills.
- A proactive, self sufficient learning mindset and enjoyment of problem solving.
Experience with cloud platforms, integration focused roles or regulated domains such as healthcare is beneficial but not essential.
