Job Description:

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services professional to support the continued growth of our Synthetic Prime Brokerage platform. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational contact for clients, working closely with Trading, Risk, Operations and Technology to ensure seamless execution and lifecycle management of equity swaps. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals with strong product knowledge across equity derivatives and prime brokerage, combined with a client-centric mindset and a focus on process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day operational matters
• Support client onboarding, account setup, and operational readiness
• Manage the full lifecycle of equity swaps
• Coordinate key trade events including amendments, novations, resets, terminations, and corporate actions
• Perform reconciliations across swap and hedge positions interfacing the trading desk and Operations.
• Investigate and resolve operational breaks and client queries efficiently
• Produce client reporting, including financing and exposure analysis
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Partner closely with Technology on SwapOne enhancements and system improvements
• Support new product launches, client migrations, and platform expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SwapOne and Triana is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in Prime Brokerage, Equity Derivatives Middle Office, Hedge Fund Services, or Client Services
• Solid understanding of equity derivatives, including Total Return Swaps, portfolio swaps, and securities lending
• Experience supporting hedge fund or institutional clients
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Synthetic Prime Brokerage platform
• Exposure to platform build-outs, operating model design, or process enhancement initiatives
• Experience in workflow design, controls, and documentation
• Collaboration with Trading, Securities Lending, Risk, and Technology teams on new products or solutions
