Senior Accountant

• Independently responsible for all accounting, financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and internal control implementation; providing professional financial analysis and decision support to management; and also guiding the team and optimizing processes. This is a core technical role in the finance department.Lead general ledger processing, monthly/quarterly/annual closing, preparation of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and consolidated financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with IFRS/Malaysian Accounting Standards. Review accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, inventory, expense amortization, etc., complete reconciliation and adjustments, and resolve complex accounting issues.Prepare management reports, budget execution and variance analysis, identify cost optimization points, and provide operational recommendations. Cooperate with annual/special audits, organize vouchers, ledgers and working papers, and liaise with external auditors.Improve financial systems, processes, and internal control points to increase efficiency and reduce errors; provide guidance to junior accountants to review vouchers and reports.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
