BIM Training Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned BIM professional in Dammam to join our team in a dual capacity: delivering structured BIM training programs to our clients' internal teams, and stepping directly into live project environments to provide hands-on technical intervention when needed. This is not a classroom-only role. You will be expected to get your hands dirty on real projects, then bring those field experiences back into the training room to make learning immediate, practical, and credible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of professional BIM experience.
• Strong background in architectural, MEP and structural BIM coordination.
• Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit.
• Advanced expertise in Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
• Autodesk Certified Professional certification or equivalent professional level Autodesk certification.
• Strong experience in clash detection, model federation, BIM model review, and coordination reporting.
• Good understanding of BIM Execution Plans, LOD / LOI, CDE workflows, and ISO 19650.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client-side teams.
• Capable of mentoring and guiding junior or intermediate BIM team members.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Civil 3D, or infrastructure BIM workflows would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Deliver BIM training programs tailored to client teams across varying skill levels — from BIM newcomers to intermediate coordinators
• Develop training materials, exercises, and assessments aligned with real project workflows and industry standards
• Translate field interventions and live project scenarios into structured training content, ensuring every lesson is grounded in actual practice
• Conduct post-intervention debrief sessions where real coordination challenges, clash resolution decisions, and workflow breakdowns become teachable moments

Project Intervention & Technical Support

• Embed directly within client project teams when BIM coordination challenges arise — whether during design coordination, clash detection campaigns, or model federation reviews
• Lead or support BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and client-side stakeholders
• Review and audit BIM Execution Plans, LOD/LOI definitions, and CDE workflows against project requirements and ISO 19650 compliance
• Produce coordination reports, clash detection logs, and model review documentation to a professional standard
• Mentor client-side BIM staff during live project involvement, reinforcing training outcomes in a real working context
