Wat je doet

As a Territory Sales Manager for our Safety & Visual Workspace Solutions, you will be responible for a customer base within a defined geography in The Netherlands. You will be responsible for a customer base within a defined geography in The Netherlands. You will work form home and spend most of your time (80%) visiting customers and sistributores in The Netherlands.

Your role is to indentify potential new customers and find new opportunities in existing accounts. To reach sales targets, you follow up on leads acquired through marketing efforts and through local Brady distributors in The Netherlands. You will coach the distributors' sales teams and introduce them to new products. Brady provides an ongoing training program to help you succees and become an industry expert. You will report to the Sales Director Benelux and you will be part of a team including 12 motivated sales colleagues active in the Benelux.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer and distributor relationships through regular contact and timely follow up.
  • Develop target accounts together with distributors to gain new, long term customers.
  • Present and cross sell a wide range of Brady products/services to each of your customers and distributors.
  • Train distribution partners on new Brady products, and on how to prospect for future opportunities.
  • Forecast and report incoming business activity on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Work closely with technical support, customer service and inside sales to provide a great customer experience to both end-user and distributors.
  • Plan all sales activities and log related opportunities in Salesforce.com.
  • Identify, track and report on regional market information, end-users, distributors and competitors.

Wie je bent

  • Bacholar's degree or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience (preferably with distributor networks).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a genuine appetite for learing, open to coaching and on-the-job learning.
  • You are a patient negatiator and you have strong verbal communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Organize and manage muliple tasks comfortably and efficiently.
  • You are able to sell a broad range of (technical) products.
  • Able to work independantly.
