Sales & Marketing Executive

About Company:

Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.

Job Description:

• Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.
• Plan, implement and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.
• Prepare business performance reports i.e. Sales and inventory status and control and other monthly reports assigned.
• Manage dealers’ inventory through sell-out activities.
• Manage promoters’ targets, deployment and sell out achievement. Convey monthly sales target to individual promoters
• Supports promoters’ leave application and update HR Dept
• Work closely with customers/dealers/retail outlets to enhance dealer relationships.
• Manage customers’ AR and AP.
• Understand the marketplace: competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies.
• Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging.
• Carry out advertising and promotion activities (i.e. product launches, product training and promotions etc.)
• Work on product features, benefits and commercials.
• Management marketing, sales and product P&L to achieve profitability.
• Interact with business partners to achieve sales objectives.
• Any ad-hoc projects assigned in relation to operation of the business

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing in consumer products
• Experience in commercial project sales (B2B) and dealers management
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel (must know) and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable of Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage
• Team player with strong analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good business acumen and able to conceptualize marketing directions
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required

Compensation:

• Work location: Bedok, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
