Job Overview

MUST BE FLUENT SPEAKING AND WRITING IN ENGLISH

We are looking for a candidate that understands AV events, AV Break/fix and AV maintenance. We provide event tech consultation to event organizers to save time, pressure, and money, while maintaining our own systems with established technical partners.

You will be responsible for monitoring event AV service requests, processing your own pipeline, advising on and developing multiple ROS, and providing the hands on AV tech operation when needed. This role will also be relied on in AV Operations (maintenance) where preventative system maintenance, emergency response and troubleshooting, and/or triaging with AV Engineering and Service Desk will be daily. This role is largely tied to efforts of the broader Collab & AV Team in San Francisco HQ where communication, collaboration, organization, and compliance will be major keys to your success.

Responsibilities

Administer an event projects pipeline by assessing incoming requests

Develop technical game plans and the ROS for internal corporate events

Provide technical direction/operation as needed onsite or remotely for events

Contribute in the development and refining of event AV services and AV Operations

Perform sweeps of AV systems and conference rooms and troubleshoot issues to resolution

Ensure all conference rooms are functional

Follow outlined protocols to escalate and triage AV system issues

Organize and inventory related AV equipment and storage spaces

Document all work in event AV services and AV operations

Manage and execute projects as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of full-time work in the AV industry; AV certifications a plus

Experience in AV operations, event logistics/coordination, and/or live show production and/or experience in AV systems installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting/maintenance

Experience interacting with a variety of stakeholders including executives and admins

Knowledge and direct experience with audio DSPs and Crestron hardware/software systems

Working knowledge of IT concepts, network protocols, account administration

Proficiency in GSuite, Zoom VC, and Mac + PC system preferences;
