What You Will Do
You will:
- Generate new business and acquire new Deepsea customers using a structured, multi-level, and relational sales approach.
- Manage a pipeline with multiple Deepsea accounts within the assigned territory, driving the opportunity pursuit process for all RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and generated leads.
- Pitch service contracts to prospective clients to consolidate their service business into the global Radio Holland network, maximizing spot service and trade sales revenue.
- Generate detailed proposals, prepare service contract quotations, and demonstrate clear value propositions to Deepsea customers.
- Cultivate and maintain positive, mutually beneficial relationships with client fleet teams, particularly at the head of ship management and purchasing levels.
- Coordinate closely with Global Inside Sales and Global Operations to ensure seamless support during the opportunity capture and proposal processes.
- Document, validate, and track all sales leads, accounts, and market opportunities through the CRM system.

A person is successful in this role when they:
- Deliver on all assigned revenue, margin, VSO/SO intake goals, and specific KPIs for spot service and trade sales revenue.
- Achieve higher win rates by deploying rigorous sales, pricing, contracting, and negotiation processes across the entire service portfolio
- Improve account prioritization and opportunity pursuit based on strategic match, value proposition, sales probability, compliance, and risk metrics.
- Manage priorities effectively by timely resolving customer issues as the initial escalation point and identifying service disconnects before they impact the client.
- Create measurable value by conducting regular alignment meetings with fleet teams to proactively understand and support their operations and priorities.

What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor or master in Business administration
- 5+ years of related working experience with solid connection with the shipping companies.
- Demonstrate successful track record of achieving US$1 million+ annual quotas.
