We are looking for a Customer Sales Associate (Corporate) (1 permanent position) to join our team in Malaysia. This is a permanent Work-From-Home position open to candidates located anywhere in Malaysia. You will work closely with corporate clients in Singapore, helping them with their catering and event requirements. This role is especially suitable for someone who is familiar with Singapore locations, business districts and corporate catering needs. You should be comfortable recognising common areas such as Raffles Place, Tanjong Pagar, Marina Bay, Suntec, Orchard, One-North, Changi Business Park, Jurong, Woodlands and Tampines, and understand typical Singapore corporate catering requests such as office lunches, buffet catering, tea breaks, seminars, trainings, town halls, school events, government events and company celebrations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist existing corporate clients in Singapore, including Fortune 500 companies, schools, government organisations and SMEs, with their catering and event requirements
• Handle corporate customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp
• Understand client requirements such as event date, timing, location, pax, budget, food preferences and delivery needs
• Recommend suitable catering options based on the client’s event type, location and requirements
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients on their orders and enquiries
• Coordinate and monitor corporate orders to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat orders
• Support the growth of our corporate catering business in Singapore

Requirements:

• Education level: Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, account servicing, catering, events or corporate support preferred. Fresh graduates with 1st class/2nd Upper Honours are welcome to apply too.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Familiar with Singapore locations, business districts and common office areas
• Able to understand Singapore corporate catering needs, such as office lunches, buffet catering, tea breaks, seminar meals, training meals, company celebrations and event catering
• Comfortable speaking with Singapore-based corporate clients via phone, email and WhatsApp
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Meticulous, organised, proactive and able to work independently from home
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools for research and productivity enhancement
• Need to work from home and possess your own laptop/PC with good internet access
• Working days and public holidays to follow Singapore calendar. Off in lieu will be given if you are working on Malaysia public holidays.

Starting salary: 3,500 - 5,500 MYR negotiable
