Job Summary

An Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Operations Team in ensuring smooth vessel operations throughout the fleet.

The Position

Operations Assistant : This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.

Some common duties of an Operations Coordinator may include:

  • Assist in updating job schedule on daily basis.
  • Provide timely updates and ETA reports of vessel promptly.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system, managing records, and updating databases.
  • Coordinating with clients and agents to gather the necessary information on vessel updates.
  • Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.
