Base Location

  • Singapore-based role
  • Coverage: Assigned APAC markets
  • Travel: Required for client meetings, conferences and regional sales execution

The Opportunity

ANKH Executive is supporting the appointment of two Senior Sales Executives for the APAC region on behalf of a globally established, Swiss-headquartered banking technology provider.

The organisation is recognised for its front-to-back banking software platform used by private banks, wealth managers and financial institutions. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities while building long-term strategic relationships across assigned APAC markets.

Banks and wealth management institutions across APAC continue to invest in platform renewal, operational efficiency, digital client experience and front-to-back integration. This role is positioned at the centre of those decisions, engaging senior business, operations and technology stakeholders around high-value banking software opportunities.

The successful candidates must be credible in complex enterprise sales environments, able to build qualified pipeline, shape business cases, coordinate RFI/RFP responses, lead senior-level demonstrations and close multi-stakeholder contracts.

The Mandate

The selected Senior Sales Executives will take ownership of assigned APAC markets, with responsibility for:

  • Developing and executing territory and strategic sales plans
  • Identifying, qualifying and pursuing new business opportunities with banks, wealth managers and financial institutions
  • Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with prospects, clients and key stakeholders
  • Generating and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and signature
  • Coordinating RFI/RFP responses with pre-sales, product and internal stakeholders
  • Conducting client presentations, demonstrations and workshops
  • Preparing commercial proposals and leading contract negotiations
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting, CRM discipline and weekly sales reporting
  • Tracking competitor positioning, regulatory developments and emerging market opportunities
  • Representing the organisation at conferences, trade fairs and industry events
  • Contributing to thought leadership, articles and marketing initiatives when required

The Profile Sought

We are looking for senior, commercially driven sales professionals with:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within banking, wealth management, fintech or financial services
  • Proven exposure to enterprise software or platform sales into financial institutions
  • Strong ability to run consultative selling processes with senior banking stakeholders
  • Experience in strategic account management, pipeline development and opportunity qualification
  • Demonstrated capability in complex negotiation and contract closure
  • Ability to identify business pain points and convert them into commercial software opportunities
  • Experience working across multiple APAC markets and cultures
  • Strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy and account planning capability
  • Credibility with C-level sponsors, business heads, technology leaders and operations stakeholders
  • Background in IT or banking; university degree expected
