Air Freight Operations Officer/ Air Export & Import Documentation Officer (4OQ9XQ)

About the Roles

We are seeking an Air Freight Operations Officer / Air Export & Import Documentation Officer to join a logistics team based at Changi Airfreight Centre. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM – 1 PM, with alternate Saturdays after confirmation). What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare draft AWBs and ensure all shipment documentation is in order prior to arrival
• Coordinate permit applications and maintain communication with customers and overseas agents via email
• Inspect cargo at the warehouse, confirming shipment details such as quantity, weight, and dimensions
• Update shipment information in the system and generate AWB documentation
• Submit required documents including FWB, FHL, and permits, and issue pre-alerts for export shipments
• Support cargo release, delivery arrangements, and assist with inspections when required
• Handle customs permit declarations and submit shipment data through CCN to Singapore Customs
• Assist with billing processes related to air import and export shipments
• Carry out additional operational or administrative duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
• Open to candidates without prior experience; training will be provided
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary

License/Certification:
