IT Technician

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the IT Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of site activities and resolve any operational issues.
• Perform verification and check for any faults on IT peripherals at customer sites.
• Maintain proper documentation of equipment status and their serial numbers.
• Report discrepancies or damages in returned equipment.
• Pack and prepare returned equipment for delivery back to the main office.
• Ensure compliance with company IT security and data handling policies during all tasks.
• Support logistics coordination, including arranging and assisting in transportation of equipment if required.
• Supervise and guide part-timers and interns in daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Information Technology (or equivalent).
• Candidates with basic IT hardware knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Independent and meticulous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users.
• Willing to travel as working locations are based on deployment schedule (Possible all around Singapore).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
