About the Roles

Senior Production Supervisor / Production Supervisor role based in Tuas within a dairy manufacturing environment, working on a 5-day week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–8:00pm) with permanent employment terms and basic salary plus performance bonus. This position offers strong exposure to full factory operations, including shift leadership, production oversight, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee overall factory operations in the absence of the Factory Manager, ensuring smooth production continuity
• Lead Production Supervisors and Line Leaders, setting performance expectations and driving team accountability
• Organise and manage 12-hour rotating shift schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Coach and train new Operators and Line Leaders to build operational capability
• Plan daily production activities to achieve output, efficiency, and schedule adherence targets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, product quality, and workplace safety
• Ensure strict compliance with work instructions, equipment handling procedures, and quality standards
• Enforce adherence to Safety, GMP, and Quality requirements, including waste handling and recycling processes (pallets and paper bags)
• Supervise product sampling activities to meet laboratory and quality control requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely production documentation, including Navision system entries
• Uphold strong housekeeping standards and 5S practices across production areas
• Ensure proper operation and understanding of batching, dumping, and packing equipment across the team
• Coordinate basic maintenance activities and guide Line Leaders in minor repairs to minimise downtime
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues, escalating complex matters to Engineering or Management when necessary

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations within a similar production environment
• Strong hands-on knowledge of production processes and equipment handling in a manufacturing setting
• Proven experience in leading teams, including supervisors, line leaders, and operators
• Ability to manage rotating shift operations, including extended hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Familiarity with production systems such as Navision is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Safety, GMP, and Quality compliance requirements
• Ability to support troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement efforts
