Summary

Salary: Competitive Job Family: E-Commerce Traffic and Acquisition Location: Singapore - St James Power Station Headquarters

As CRM Manager, you deliver campaigns that drive acquisition, growth, and engagement across the customer lifecycle using email, app notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS. You act as the CRM expert in every phase of campaign rollout, from design and planning to build, launch, and optimization. You will be providing tactics for campaign segmentation and personalization to maximize relevance and effectiveness. You ensure every campaign meets the latest standards and business requirements. You are responsible for managing the global CRM calendar and maintaining the automated marketing journeys that are triggered daily.

As the main host of the Global CRM community, you empower and train local CRM managers and support markets to enhance their strategies. You roll out new features or channels and drive innovation by monitoring external CRM trends, collaborating with vendors, agencies, and our product owner team. You ensure compliance and continually seek ways to improve efficiency. You use performance data to guide decisions, and you build a culture of experimentation and testing within the team. You are part of a diverse and talented global eCommerce team with a shared goal to drive and scale profitable growth.

This role reports to the Senior CRM Manager.

About you

  • 4 years or more in a CRM or Marketing Growth role
  • Experience in a fast paced and highly driven e-commerce environment
  • Background working in international environments and multi-market coordination
  • Skilled with multichannel campaigns: email, app notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Project management and coordination experience
  • Strong experience in audience segmentation and personalization
  • Proficient with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Data-driven, focused on experimentation and A/B testing
  • Strong in reporting and process documentation
  • Up to date on the latest CRM trends and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar tool is required
  • Comfortable with AMP script, HTML/CSS, and SQL
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional language(s) is an advantage
