The firm is backed by a global institutional investor base, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, fund-of-funds, family offices and asset managers across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Private Equity Fund Operations & Administration Associate to join our Singapore team. The role will support fund operations, treasury, compliance, corporate administration and selected platform support matters.

The successful candidate will report to the Finance Director and work closely with the broader investment team, gaining broad exposure to private equity fund operations, investor processes and platform management in a lean team environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fund Operations and Finance Support

  • Assist with fund operations, audit processes and service-provider management
  • Support treasury and cash management activities, including payment and processing support
  • Assist with capital calls, NAV reporting, c apital account statements and other fund admin matters

2. Compliance and Corporate Administration

  • Support investor onboarding, KYC, AML/CFT and other compliance processes
  • Assist with corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory administration matters
  • Coordinate statutory filings and related corporate administration requirements

3. Office, Team and Investor Logistics

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and other firm-related activities
  • Support AGM preparation, investor logistics, reporting calendars and administrative follow-ups
  • Maintain records, trackers, document control, filing and general office administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in fund administration, fund operations, financial services, private equity, corporate secretarial or professional services
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a high sense of ownership
  • Professional and responsive, with the ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders
  • Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Prior exposure to fund operations, finance, compliance or corporate administration is advantageous
