About the Roles

Join a freight forwarding company in Paya Lebar as a Head of Indoor Sales & Customer Service, where you will lead sales support and customer service functions in a permanent, full-time role. What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee indoor sales operations and sales support activities to ensure efficient service delivery for local clients.
• Manage day-to-day customer requests related to Air & Ocean Freight (Import/Export), including end-to-end quotation preparation.
• Design customized logistics solutions and pricing strategies for project cargo, oversized shipments, and container optimization.
• Coordinate RFQs and support cross-border trucking operations between Singapore and Malaysia alongside the customer service team.
• Work closely with management to drive and support indoor sales initiatives.
• Handle inquiries from key accounts, including clients in the Oil/Drilling & Gas and furniture trading sectors.
• Monitor and respond to overseas agent requests, ensuring timely and accurate quotations.
• Support the General Manager in supervising customer service and sales support functions across operations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or freight forwarding.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with confidence in engaging clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for quotation preparation and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Air & Ocean Freight operations and project cargo handling.
