About the Roles

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Esp Data & AI Platform) to join an Information Technology Consulting organisation based in Pasir Panjang. This is a 1-year renewable contract role offering a competitive salary package with completion bonus, working a structured 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, with earlier Friday finish). You will play a key role in shaping and delivering a data and AI-driven platform that supports enterprise-wide initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set the direction and roadmap for the enterprise data hub, ensuring alignment with business priorities and user needs.
• Manage the data hub as a scalable product platform that supports data producers, consumers, analytics, and AI applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, and analyse insights to inform product improvements and decisions.
• Convert strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee product risks across areas such as data, security, AI, and operational processes.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog to deliver impactful data and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, project teams, data owners, and policy stakeholders.
• Support product launches, track performance metrics, and refine features based on outcomes.
• Establish success metrics, define data needs, and implement reporting frameworks to measure impact.
• Ensure strong data governance by working with data owners on quality, access control, and proper usage.
• Identify AI opportunities, assess feasibility and risks, and translate them into actionable use cases.
• Drive adoption of AI features by ensuring usability, monitoring effectiveness, and supporting user enablement.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 7 years of experience in product management.
• Proven ability to analyse data and leverage insights for decision-making.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and effectively aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle, including go-to-market execution.
• Solid technical understanding to collaborate with engineering teams on requirements and constraints.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms such as data lakes, warehouses, APIs, and pipelines.
• Familiarity with data or AI-related products, including awareness of associated risks and implementation considerations.
