About C.O.T.U:

C.O.T.U (Centre Of The Universe) is a premier lifestyle and entertainment venue located on the 38th and 39th floors of CapitaGreen. Spanning 18,000 square feet with stunning city skyline views, C.O.T.U features five unique concepts: Dashi Skypool, Enso steakhouse with Japanese flair, The Whisper Room cocktail bar, Little Birdie progressive cocktail bar, and Dashi Go-Go boutique ultra-lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control

  • Manage and maintain the company’s inventory system, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operational integration.
  • Provide feedback to enhance company’s inventory system.
  • Serve as the primary goods receiver across five venues, performing checks to ensure compliance with receiving procedures.
  • Conduct weekly physical stock counts of food and beverage inventories to maintain accurate records and accountability.
  • Verify the accuracy and documentation of stock transfers and internal venue requisitions within the inventory system.
  • Review and assess asset purchase requests to prevent unnecessary expenditure.

Cost Management & Optimisation

  • Review food and beverage costs and collaborate with venue managers to identify and implement cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Monitor and review entertainment and miscellaneous claims to ensure compliance with approved budgets and supporting documentation requirements.

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Lead procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, price negotiations, and supplier relationship management, to secure cost-effective purchasing outcomes.
  • Evaluate and obtain quotations for capital expenditure purchases, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage beverage agreements, track incentives and achievement targets, and follow up on timely supplier payouts.

Compliance, Controls & Systems

  • Design and implement compliance and control measures to strengthen inventory accuracy and enhance financial oversight.
  • Establish and oversee internal processes to reinforce operational and financial controls.
  • Manage the company's software and IT infrastructure, with a focus on POS and inventory systems, to maintain system integrity and mitigate potential risks or loopholes.
  • Act as the primary controller of POS SKU setup and pricing updates to ensure accuracy and consistency across all venues.

Requirements

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with beverage products and prior experience in an F&B establishment .
