The Team

Fitting within the wider Global Brand Marketing team (GBM), PVH STUDIOS (PVHS) produces over 175,000 image assets each year for Tommy Hilfiger, primarily for the brands’ global Ecommerce websites. From its new state-of-the-art 23,500 sq. ft. facility in Amsterdam, PVHS

strives to blend operational excellence with creative elevation to ensure best-in-class digital fashion consumer experiences, every day. With 9 fully-equipped Ecommerce bays running on the latest tech, 2 Editorial Studios with drive-in capacity, a Still Life Studio, Equipment Room,

Sample Management area, cafe with full menu, kitchen, offices, meeting rooms and chill-out spaces - it is truly one-of-a-kind.

The Position

Reporting into the Styling Manager, The Styling Specialist is essential in the execution and output of the PDP Styling Direction. The role balances commercial, strategic and brand considerations, focused on styling elevation and model allocation to inspire our consumers. This role is operational in both the PDP Process, as well as Editorial content needs to support Global Brand Marketing briefs.

The Responsibilities

Included, but not limited to:

  • Style ‘On-Model’ , ‘Still-Life’ and Artificial Intelligence generated E-Commerce imagery for PDP and special projects.
  • Support in maintaining and executing brand PDP guidelines for still life styling, on model styling and hair & make-up to ensure brand elevation and alignment to campaigns and Brand moments.
  • Support Styling Manager to lead seasonal pre-styling.
  • Oversee the selection and allocation of looks to models during shoots, ensuring that styling, fit, hair, and makeup consistently align with brand aesthetic standards.
  • Continuously monitor real-time production to ensure each look suits the model, making proactive adjustments when necessary.
  • Lead freelance Styling and Dresser talent to drive elevated imagery against global guidelines for daily shoots.
  • Develop, test and implement new scalable styling and outfitting processes.
  • Work closely with Art Directors, Operations and Production teams to optimize studio efficiencies.
  • Attend seasonal divisional briefings to understand and translate styling themes and key looks.
  • Consistently review shoot practices to drive efficiencies against the quality-bar.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5 x years’ experience within high-volume E-Commerce fashion workflows.
  • Sound knowledge of wider end to end e-commerce photography process for best collaboration between studio teams.
  • Possesses a solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong background in balancing creative with commercial, operational and strategic business acumen.
