Business Analyst | Low Code

• Lead requirement‑gathering sessions to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
• Analyse complex business problems using data, workflow mapping, and impact assessments to identify improvement opportunities and propose evidence‑based recommendations.
• Develop and maintain documentation including PRDs, user stories, process maps, and technical specifications with strong traceability across the project lifecycle.
• Design and execute UAT strategies, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with development teams on post‑production monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous product iteration based on user feedback.
• Identify innovative opportunities through strategic analysis, platform business models, and digital ecosystem thinking.
• Explore and evaluate Whole‑of‑Government digital products to connect ideas, interpret data, and guide collaborative decision‑making. Assess analysis tools and techniques to justify portfolio initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, orrelated field
• 6+ years of business analysis experience , ideally in enterprise‑level environments
• Strong proficiency in business process modelling and requirements engineering .
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms ;
