Logistics Coordinator (APAC)

Location: Singapore

Salary: Up to $4,200/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Annual Leave: 15 Days

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments across the APAC region, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records through regular stock checks and system updates.
• Coordinate return merchandise (RMA) processes, including tracking returned items and replacement activities.
• Support replenishment planning to ensure sufficient inventory and spare parts availability.
• Manage the storage and distribution of spare parts to customers, field personnel, and internal teams.
• Prepare and process shipment, inventory, and logistics-related documentation.
• Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
