Site Engineer (Building Construction) (3bmYWd)

About the Roles

We are seeking a Site Engineer (Building Construction) based in Central Singapore, offered as a Permanent position with a Basic Salary and a structured 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM). In this role, you will support building and civil construction projects by assisting senior engineers and project managers in coordinating site activities, tracking progress, and ensuring QA/QC standards, safety compliance, and efficient execution with contractors and consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support senior engineers and project managers in monitoring project progress and overall site activities
• Carry out QA/QC inspections and site checks to ensure works meet project specifications and requirements
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with authority regulations and approved standards
• Enforce site safety requirements in coordination with the Safety Department
• Supervise subcontractor works to ensure adherence to approved methods and materials
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on project execution matters
• Attend site and progress meetings to support coordination and implementation efforts
• Assist in project planning, documentation control, and submission follow-ups
• Coordinate manpower deployment, material planning, and ordering requirements
• Prepare weekly site progress reports and other required project documentation
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in site engineering or construction work is preferred
• Strong understanding of site coordination, QA/QC inspection, and construction safety requirements
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, method statements, and project specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project documentation tools
