About the Opportunity

As our Sales Manager, Healthcare, you'll hunt for new opportunities in emerging and whitespace territories, leading deal strategies that showcase NCS's unique value proposition. You'll be the architect of partnerships both within and beyond NCS, leveraging your technology expertise and industry knowledge to guide clients toward transformative solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Leads, being a key player in our Healthcare Operating Group, you'll drive sales success through strategic account penetration, prospect qualification, and seamless collaboration with Bid Management, Lines of Business, and Sales Specialists to close opportunities across your territory.

What We'll Accomplish Together

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Identify and qualify opportunities, influencing client perspectives through NCS facilities like Tesseract
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources to create the foundation for successful delivery
  • Develop winning value propositions and negotiate deals that deliver client satisfaction and optimal margins

Client Partnership & Solution Excellence

  • Build responsive, trusted relationships with clients, serving as their go-to advisor and escalation point
  • Partner Project & Practice teams to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective service delivery
  • Resolve complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions informed by market intelligence
  • Ensuring consistency and serving as co-custodian of architecture

Commercial & Risk Management

  • Monitor account and opportunity-level business development investments to support team margins
  • Manage change requests, variation orders, and contract negotiations alongside Legal and Contract Management teams
  • Review subcontractor and vendor relationships, addressing escalated matters effectively

Qualifications

Essential Experience | Valued Expertise & Personal Attributes

  • Minimum 3 years in IT/ICT Consulting or sales/account management
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying sales roles with individual targets
  • Experience in the Healthcare Technology, System Integrators and/or Software Partners
  • Established relationships within the Healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience pitching and/or delivering projects for Large/MNC clients
  • Broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge that enhances client relationships
  • Driven, self-motivated personality with a consultative approach
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Ability to apply social style techniques to effectively manage stakeholders
