Business Development Executive (3bmdkp)

About the Roles

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join a renovation company based at Tagore Industrial Avenue, working on a 5-day week (Monday to Friday, 9.00am–6.00pm) arrangement. This permanent position offers an attractive package comprising a basic salary of up to $4,000, alongside commission, transport/mobile allowances, and variable bonus, making it a strong opportunity for professionals looking to grow in the construction and renovation sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to enhance company profitability.
• Build and expand the client portfolio through regular engagement with both direct and indirect clients.
• Source and negotiate competitive pricing with vendors to support project and business needs.
• Explore and develop potential partnerships, including sub-contracting arrangements and joint ventures.
• Strengthen market presence by representing the company at exhibitions, industry events, and demonstrations.
• Organise and support visits from overseas agents and vendors to foster strong working relationships.
• Attend international conferences and networking sessions to grow the company’s regional and global network.
• Gather and analyse market trends and competitor activity to support informed business decisions.
• Act as the key liaison between the company and existing or prospective clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support overall business development activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in sales or business development within the construction or project services industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable engaging in client-facing meetings and conducting outdoor business activities.
• Able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
