Role: Solution Architect – ServiceNow ITSM Implementation

Location: Bonn, Germany

Contract

2/3 days a week in client office

Job Description –

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Service Portal , CMDB).
• Knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.

Architecture & Design

• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale solutions on ServiceNow.
• Good understanding on CMDDB and Service mapping.
• Strong understanding of security, performance tuning, and scalability.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence decisions and guide cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualification

• sServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, Certified Application Developer, Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred)

• ce13+ years of IT experience with 5+ years on ServiceNow platfor
• m.Proven experience as a Solution Architect in multiple ServiceNow ITSM implementation
• s.Experience in large-scale, enterprise-level deployment
