WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for a major project in KSA. The role involves developing and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and providing planning support to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. It requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams, analysis of project performance, and proactive management of delays and risks to support effective project execution and client requirements.

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.

  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to gather relevant planning data.

  • Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule.

  • Propose mitigation measures to recover slippage or avoid potential delays.

  • Participate in progress meetings with client and other stakeholders.

  • Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and other contractual time-related documentation.

  • Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with client requirements and standards.

  • Support cost control and risk management functions as required.

  • Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to align schedule with resource and material availability.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

  • Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
