Lead Civil Engineer – Asset Management Roads & Bridges

Required to join a leading Facilities Management company working on a large scale government project in Al Ula. The successful candidate is responsible for the technical oversight, management, and performance of all civil hard service assets, including roads, bridges, and street lighting infrastructure. The role ensures effective asset lifecycle management, contractor performance, and compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks and international standards.

Planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance strategies, ensuring infrastructure reliability, safety, and operational excellence.

Manage and oversee the performance of Maintenance Service Partners, ensuring compliance with service delivery methodologies such as SFG20 and O&M standards.

Applicants should meet the following criteri

aA degree in civil / structural engineerin

gMinimum of 8 - 10 years of related experience in hard services management, facilities management, or asset management

.Roads, Bridges, Streetlighting expertise within public work
