Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. The HR Manager will oversee the fullspectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals whilefostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. This role will be pivotalin strengthening Joyre’s talent capabilities, driving employee engagement, andsupporting the company’s continued growth in the spa and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and exit management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that comply with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and build a sustainable talent pipeline for operational and leadership roles.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance staff morale, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Manage disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide HR analytics, reporting, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Promote learning and development opportunities to upskill employees and support career progression.
  • Champion wellness, diversity, and inclusion in alignment with the company’s brand values.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the service, retail, hospitality, or spa & wellness industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR policies, and MOM regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Familiar with compensation & benefits practices and HR systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, IHRP) will be an added advantage.
